Is it your dream to have a unique tour of bella Italia?

I am an Italian native that would love to invite you along on a stress-free, relaxed-pace, one-of-a-kind trip!

Whether you are looking to travel with a few family members or a small group of close friends, I will make your travel and lodging arrangements smooth and be your guide and driver.  You will visit many lovely locales and quaint towns that you may never have even heard of, but you will experience the way real Italians live!

An off the beaten path tour in Italy is perfect for anyone, including senior citizens, who wants to enjoy walking around Italy without feeling rushed from one famous tourist destination to the next.

We will soak in the culture, visit hidden vistas and cafes, shop at leisure, try regional delicacies at hole in the wall trattorie, and everything in between!

I look forward to meeting you and helping you make memories that will last a lifetime!

  1. What an amazing experience we had…to see the beautiful Italian Region of Abruzzo, Umbria and Le Marche! The beaches and resorts of the blue green Adriatic, Tortoreto Lido and more, lined with villas, cobblestone paths, shops, and gelateria: the Forts of Civitella del Tronto and so many more, beautiful San Moreno, the medieval city of Ascoli Piceno and so much more! Every day with our hostess, Santa, was an adventure and having her as our tour guide made the experience so rich and truly filled with wonder!! Santa’s Villa in the quaint village of Sant’Egidio alla Vibrata in Teramo was the perfect setting for day trips or just to relax! A lovely home with large bedrooms, a library filled with Italian history, a spacious bath and a setting of beauty. Having my espresso every morning on the terrace with Kitty and a breathtaking view of the Gran Sasso was the perfect way to start my day! I could go on and on but better you just go!! A wonderful adventure awaits!

  2. My wife and I spent two weeks at this home in June and we had a WONDERFUL time! The accommodation’s are very nice ….. The location is PERFECT …. with a relatively short drive to the beach; Tortoreto Lido, and also convenient to Ascoli Piceno which has to be one of the most beautiful “old world” cities, anywhere. You can spend DAYS in Ascoli and should! It’s beautiful, with many restaurants, shops, etc… The prices are also GREAT – very inexpensive, compared to the big cities like Rome. The house is walking distance to a wonderful pizza place called Caravelle – a restaurant in a real French Caravelle aircraft, and attached building. The pizza is DELIZIOSO! Also within walking distance to this nice home are a couple of grocery stores, and some other shopping. When we go back to Italy- we WILL stay there again. The owners are wonderful people and I highly recommend this spot “off the beaten path” …..

  3. The kittens have adjusted marvellously to their new home. They are enjoying their new Italian American status. They are working for a living in some new stables without occupants (horses) yet. They are fed well, visited by the vet on a regular basis, and are loved by their current owners. We are told they absolutely love the snow❣️ (They do miss their Italian villa however). We will be visiting them on Christmas day. Buon Natale Kelly❣️

  4. Sounds marvelous. The photos are fabulous and “off the beaten path” is the way to really immerse oneself in a culture. Bravo to you for this idea and this website! This is now a dream of mine.
